THE ROLE

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Careers Advisor, based in West Yorkshire or Southeast of England, to drive our careers and pastoral support for short course learners to the next level.

In this role, you’ll deliver tailored one-to-one and group career coaching and equip learners with the tools to thrive in a competitive job market. You’ll be key at critical stages of the learner journey, working closely with the Project Manager and Senior Leadership Team to ensure every learner achieves positive career outcomes. You’ll also help refine internal systems, support progression tracking, and collaborate across team to deliver a joined-up learner experience from first contact to progression.

We’re looking for a relationship-builder, a skilled communicator and a passionate advocate for learner success. Direct experience in the live entertainment industry is a bonus, but if you’re ready to learn, grow and make an impact – we want to hear from you!
